Our History

Dakota Video and Post Productions is a video post-production company located in Sioux Falls, SD that creates proprietary advertising content for markets across the country. Founded in 1995, Dakota Video originally served the Sioux Falls area as a post-production facility before branching out as a national company, serving clients through a dynamic website that now offers thousands of creative styles, and intuitive tools for fully customizing each production.

Dakota Video offers its creative services to help clients make top-quality commercial productions and other promotional content. We work with TV ads, radio, digital assets, in-person videography, community development, and film shorts. Our team includes skilled professionals in all fields of production, and we have years of experience in matching our clients’ needs to the wealth of creative content we can provide.

Our Local Commitment 

Dakota Video is proud to have served the Sioux Falls community by lending their services to non-profit organizations like Children’s Home Society, South Dakota Achieve, Sioux Falls Area Humane Society, and Junior Achievement. On top of that, they have done work for Sioux Falls area churches, schools, hospitals, and local sports teams.
